张丽敏

个人简历

南京大学电子科学与工程学院,教授,中共党员,曾赴澳大利亚西澳大学访学一年。从事模拟IC与传感设计、鲨鱼仿生非接触微信号感知,有源噪声控制及其相关应用研究,已实现电荷感知芯片的设计,心电的接触与非接触可穿戴检测、运动姿态识别、运动目标的多阵列定位、低频电场探测和主动被动噪声控制等。

主讲《模拟集成电路Ⅰ&Ⅱ》,《自动控制理论》和《电路分析与实验》国家级首批线上线下一流本科课程。主持国家省级基金4项,主持国家级预研项目2项,主持横向课题6项,参与国家重大科学研究计划等课题4项,拥有授权专利15项,申请专利20项,发表论文31篇,出版自动控制与电路相关著作3部。获首届中国互联网+创新创业大赛获银奖1项,获首届中国高校科技成果交易会最佳路演奖1项,获中国人民解放军医疗成果奖二等奖1项,江苏省教学成果奖一等奖1项,全国大学生电子设计竞赛江苏赛区优秀指导教师。

研究方向

1) 模拟IC与传感设计:电荷感知芯片、传感器读出电路

2) 感知与应用(生物电可穿戴检测、细胞电检测、纳米孔道分子探测、运动姿态识别、运动目标定位和低频电场探测等)
3) 主被动噪声控制(有源降噪耳机、变压器和发动机噪声控制、高铁隔声门等)
