Welcome to Prof. Xinran Wang's group at Nanjing University. The name LIMIT represents low dimension information materials and integration circuits team. Although our name is limit, our possibilities are limitless. Our research programs focus on the synthesis, properties, device applications and integration of low-dimensional materials. The reduced dimensionality and impressing properties of these materials offer new opportunities for device innovations and integration technologies that are not possible in the bulk form. Our research is highly interdisciplinary, so we welcome students and researchers from the field of physics, material science and electrical engineering (microelectronics, integrated circuit, etc) to join our team.
