王华兵

个人简历

1995年在南京大学获得博士学位,此后历任南京大学副教授、日本东北大学副教授、日本国家材料科学研究所主干研究员、主席研究员等职,2010年入选国家级领军人才。其主要专业方向是,利用微电子学和固体电子学的理论、方法和手段,设计、制备超导电子器件,由此开展超导器件物理及其电子学应用的各种研究。多年来,在太赫兹电子学、宏观量子隧道效应、介观约瑟夫森器件等方面成绩显著,发明了超导单晶集成电路的“双面制作技术”,并拥有多项专利。关于高温超导太赫兹波辐射和检测的研究,是国际上有关领域的标志性成果。曾应邀在美国物理学会年会(APS)、应用超导会议(ASC),国际超导电子学会议(ISEC)等重要国际会议作邀请报告。主要研究成果发表在《自然通信》、《物理评论快报》、《美国科学院院刊》、《应用物理快报》、《美国化学会志》等著名学术期刊上。

研究方向

超导电子学、太赫兹辐射源与检测,太赫兹成像,有源人工材料,高分辨率太赫兹频谱分析仪,激光探针显微镜,约瑟夫森显微镜等。
