个人简历
1983年在南京大学物理系无线电物理专业获学士学位,1986年在同专业获得硕士学位后留校任教;1992年于日本长冈技术科学大学电气系获博士学位后,就职于日本东北大学电气通信研究所,1998年任副教授;1999年1-11月美国加州理工大学物理系访问副教授;2002年教育部第五届长江学者奖励计划特聘教授;2003年南京大学电子科学与工程系(现为电子科学与工程学院)教授、博导。
研究方向
(1) 超导电子器件及其物性; (2) 超导量子信息技术; (3) 太赫兹技术及其应用。
