Tingting Liu (M’12) received the B.S. degree in communication engineering and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. She was a Postdoctor in Nanjing University. From 2017 to 2018, she was a Visiting Scholar with the University of Houston, Houston, TX, USA. She is currently a full Professor with Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Her research interests include game theory, Internet of vehicles, blockchain, caching-enabled systems, edge computing, network quality of service, device-to-device networks, and cognitive radio networks.
