Yulabers attend the 2023 International Conference on Communications (ICC) in Rome. Prof. Haibo Zhou, together with PhD. Xiaohan Qin and PhD. Yu Sun, traveled to Rome to attend an academic conference and met with Academician Shen Xuemin in Rome!
At the conference, Xiaohan Qin presented her paper titled A Lightweighted Hierarchical Mobility Management Architecture for Ultra-Dense LEO Satellite Network and engaged in discussions and exchanges with scholars from both domestic and international institutions. Yu Sun also presented his paper titled Joint User Association and Base Station Sleeping Scheme for Uplink Fully-Decoupled RAN.
