In order to thoroughly study Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, effectively implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important ideas on youth work, inspire all levels of Youth League organizations and young members in Qixia District to take on responsibilities, work hard, show the youthful style and high spirits of the new era youth, the Qixia District Youth League Committee has launched the selection activity of 'Top Ten Youth Pioneers, One Hundred Good Young People in the Vicinity, and the Most Beautiful Youth Group' in the whole district since late March 2023.
After material review, qualification examination, on-site evaluation, and organizational inspection, Prof. Haibo Zhou was selected as one of the 'Top Ten Youth Pioneers' in Qixia District in 2023.
