个人简历

面向技术产业化的长远目标,致力于从基础研究、应用研究到成果商业化的全流程创新。注重光、电、信息的学科交叉方法,解决交叉学科的学术问题,在主动式立体显示新方法、激光认知成像雷达新体制等方面取得了显著突破,并进而向应用研究推进。近二十年来,持续承担某领域科研任务,同时主持国家科技部、自然基金委、江苏省科技厅等各类纵向科研项目。

多项科研项目通过鉴定或定型验收,其中部分研究成果成功实现批量化生产。完成机载某型光电设备的研制,打破国际禁运,并迅速广泛应用于各类装备;完成裸眼立体显示技术的研究,高性能量测级裸眼立体显示技术在某领域得到逐步推广。

荣获装备预研先进个人称号”1次、工信部平板显示标准工作先进个人称号”1次、获省科技进步三等奖1项、第四届中国创新挑战赛优胜奖。出版著作1部,主持制定国家标准2项,在国内外学术期刊发表SCIEI等论文近百篇,获得专利30余项(包括美国专利1项)。
